  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounts, cables, and protective components are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
